To begin our journey together, we will start with a full assessment we can get to know each and I can answer any questions you may have. During this session we will discuss your current habits and outline some goals that you want to achieve. Together, we will develop a plan to help you embrace your journey and meet your goals.
New Client Packages This starter package offers one 60 minute session and two 30 minute follow up sessions. This package will help you jump start your healthiest life and the follow ups will hold you accountable to your goals. The initial one hour session will allow for in-depth discussion on your current diet and healthy lifestyle goals. Follow up sessions will work on building new habits and tackling obstacles as they arise. Molly will be available for unlimited email communication between sessions. This package is designed for new clients after they have completed their initial session.
Four Session Packages Additional 30 minute follow up sessions can also be purchased for new and current clients. You will work together on goal setting, problem solving and nutrition education, as needed. These sessions will hold you accountable to your goals on your journey. Molly will be available for unlimited email communication between sessions.

Available Sessions: 60 minutes, 45 minutes and 30 minute sessions
Individual session allow time to talk with Molly and work through your nutrition issues. These one-on-one sessions may include answering specific nutrition questions, developing a meal preparation schedule, identifying barriers to reach your goals, or any other topic of your choice. These a la carte sessions are also open to new clients who would like to see how working with a dietitian can benefit them. individual sessions are available for 60, 45 or 30 minute options.
All new patients must start with an initial session (included in a package or a 60 minute session).
Nutrition Seminars and Demonstrations
