To Molly, nutrition counseling isn't just about restriction and rule following, its about being satisfied in life and enjoying the food your have available, whether 'allowable' because of disease or just available. It didn't take Molly long to realized why she wanted to offer nutrition counseling. "Healthy food can be both affordable and satisfying." The company name is uniquely illustrating this by presenting the thought of feeling full, as in well nourished (and literally "full" - there is enough wasted food in this country that no one should be hungry) and also feeling satisfied or happy because of fully developing one's abilities or character.
Life is too short to not recognize what is important, enjoy the simplicity of a delicious meal or take a moment to dance in the rain while you can! Don't take for granite the little things in life that offer joy and nourishment. Respect your body, your mind and most importantly, your spirit. Keep your faith in God through the storm and always allow room for growth. There is much more out there to satisfy you.
